Frequently asked questions
Do I need a powerful laptop?
No. The demanding work happens on the cloud PC. You need a modern browser and a stable connection of 5 Mbps or better.
What happens if my internet drops?
The planned service keeps the desktop running so you can reconnect. In this preview the session timer keeps running while you are offline.
Can I pay with eSewa or Khalti?
Local payments through eSewa and Khalti are planned. The preview shows estimated costs and does not take payment.
Is this a working cloud service?
Accounts, desktops, sessions and usage are real and stored in the cloud. Windows desktops become available when the Google Cloud production settings are deployed; this preview does not show a fake desktop and nothing is billed yet.
